Intro Courses: Our most popular option!
If you’re new to the world of aerial or pole training, we highly recommend starting with one of our 4 week ‘Intro to Aerial’ or ‘Intro to Pole’ courses. Starting a new skill in a new environment can seem scary at first but our courses give you a chance to build up your skills and confidence over several weeks as you learn with the same group of awesome people. At the end of the course you’ll also get a certificate to stick on your fridge and info about our memberships if you’re keen to continue.
7 Day Taster Pass
Our second most popular option for new starters! Our 7 Day Taster pass is will turn your week into a whirlwind of fun as you get to try one of everything that we offer! Yes, you read that right, one of everything! So if you have a good base level of fitness and you want to cram your week full of everything from Aerial Hoop to Pole to Weightlifting to flexibility, this one is for you! At £29 this pass is also excellent value as you can try up to up to 8 classes for less than the price of 2 drop in sessions.
Drop in single class
For anyone who just wants to keep it simple and start with a single class, this one is for you!
All of our Drop in classes are £20 and can be booked anytime from 30 days in advance to 5 minutes before the start of the class. Depending on your level of experience you can choose from our Beginners, Experienced or All Levels classes.

Our studio is equipped with height adjustable aerial equipment so each class is tailored to the fitness and level of the participants. Our instructors are certified and passionate about making aerial and Pole fitness inclusive to people of all sizes and abilities.
There are no weight limits to attending our courses, in fact, it would actually take over 1000kg to damage our equipment… And no, you absolutely do not need to do a pull up to join!
So you’ve booked… Now what?

First of all, yay! You’ve taken the first step to an exciting new fitness adventure and that deserves to be celebrated…Go you!
What to wear to class: The short answer to this is that we want you to wear whatever you are comfortable exercising in! For Aerial Hoop, Silks & Trapeze we recommend wearing leggings to protect the backs of your knees. For Pole we need a little more skin on show! Shorts and a crop top/ sports bra are ideal. Where possible, please come changed and ready for your session. We have 1 bathroom in our studio so there can be a small wait during peak hours.
Don’t forget to bring: Your phone (for capturing your amazing new skills!) and a water bottle! We have a water fountain where you can refill if you need a top up.
Getting to the studio: We are located here. We have free parking on site and are a 5 minute walk from to Bus links and Bridge St Subway. There is no storage facility for bikes on site but many of our members use the railings across the street.
When to arrive: Our classes run back to back and the space can get super busy at times!

Need to reschedule? Due to high demand for our classes, we operate a strict cancellation policy. Classes can be moved/ cancelled on the booking system with 24hrs notice & 48hrs for courses. Our full booking & cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of this page.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:
All classes must be pre-booked online. We do not accept walk ins without prior booking.
Classes can be cancelled/ moved with 24hrs notice.
Courses can be cancelled/ moved with 48hrs notice
Late cancellations will not be refunded or transferred.
Single sessions booked as part of a course are non-transferrable or refundable.
Trial Membership fees are non refundable or transferable. Your 7 days starts from the 1st class booked with your trial pass.
Memberships fees are non refundable or transferable.
Our Memberships have a minimum cancellation period of 30 days (excludes trials).
