Our Intro courses are suitable for total beginners with no prior fitness or aerial experience necessary.

Are you keen to try something new, laugh along the way, and even turn your perceptions of what a great fitness class can be upside down? Then yes, this course is for you!

Our studio is equipped with height adjustable aerial equipment so each class is tailored to the fitness and level of the participants. Our instructors are certified and passionate about making aerial and Pole fitness inclusive to people of all sizes and abilties.

There are no weight limits to attending our courses, in fact, it would actually take over 1000kg to damage our equipment… And no, you absolutely do not need to do a pull up to join!

The best hoop class I’ve been to in Glasgow! Such a lovely group of people. The instructors are fab and everyone in the classes is always supper supportive and encouraging! The facilities are great too- The height of the equipment can be changed to suit what your learning or what your comfortable with. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

If you are booking onto a course with us, it is your responsibility to ensure that you can attend all of the dates in the course as we cannot offer changes to booking dates once the course has begun.

  • If you cannot make all of the dates in a course, please consider whether booking a drop in session is a more appropriate option for you.

  • Single sessions booked as part of a course are non-transferrable or refundable.

  • If your circumstances change and you cannot make the whole course any more, we require at least 48 hrs notice before the start of the course to allow us to transfer you on to another equivalent service or product.

  • Late cancellations will not be refunded or transferred.
